Are Terrorists Criminals Or Enemy Combatants? – NPR hosts debate

On September 14, 2010, NPR hosted an Oxford-style debate.  The motion was: "Treat Terrorists Like Enemy Combatants, Not Criminals."  Michael Hayden and Marc Thiessen argued for the motion.
