Prosecutor says Sudanese captive linked to 9/11 training

The Miami Herald reports on Wednesday, September 22, 2010, in an article entitled "Prosecutor says Sudanese captive linked to 9/11 training," that a Sudanese captive Noor Uthman Mohammed was "for a number of years…the principal trainer in charge of all training at the Khalden training camp in Afghanistant that provided numerous individuals who went on to serve for al Qaeda," according to Marine Maj. James Weirick. 

Noor's trial is set for February 28th. Last Tuesday marked the first time, according to The Miami Herald, that prosecutors clearly articulated their claim of Noor's ties to terrorism.
