The U.S. Department of Justice now has an entire page of its web site entitled The Criminal Justice System as a Counterterrorism Tool.

The page provides links to fact sheets, news releases, and speeches concerning: "As a counter-terrorism tool, the criminal justice system has proven incredibly effective in both incapacitating terrorists and gathering valuable intelligence from and about terrorists.
