Jose Pimentel pleads not guilty – CBS

On March 14, 2012, CBS.com reported that alleged New York terrorist, Jose Pimentel, pleaded not guilty to state level terrorism charges.  Pimentel, who faces both weapons possession and conspiracy charges, may face up to life in prison if he is convicted.
